Responsibilities:

• Receive all requirements from a senior supervisor
• Check the availability of these requirements in the list of suppliers.
• Contact suppliers and receive a price list for the required items.
• Provide at least three offers from suppliers.
• Issue price analysis for the requirements.
• Negotiating prices, delivery time & Qty delivers with suppliers.
• Receiving and checking the quality of goods
• Select a supplier to deal with based on the analysis done.
• Issue a Purchase Order (PO).
• Follow up quantity delivers as based on our partial requirements.
• Assist in selecting suitable payment terms.
• Follow up with the Finance department on the invoice payment

Qualification:

Bachelor degree plus Min 3-6 years in the same field

Job Summary:

Controlling Inventory – Processing Monthly Consumption

Responsibilities:

• Prepares the requested items as to kind and quantity.
• Labels the price of the items requested if disposable.
• Unload the suppliers delivered by the suppliers.
• Arranges the items in the corresponding shelves.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the area.
• Conducts regular count of commonly issued items for internal inventory control.
• Issue the requested supplies to department
• Preparing purchase request and send to purchase department.
• Check and receive ordered supplies according to POs.
• Adding received items to the system.
• Reports stock problems to store supervisor and participate to find solutions for these problems.
• Conducts physical inventory and prepares all necessary related documents and reports.
• Receive external supplies from sub stores and charge the actually used supplies on the patient and return non used supplies to store.
• Send external supplies to form for (ON- Shelf Items) to the main store and follow up.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree plus Min 2-year experience

Job Summary:

• Ensures that all the items are available when requested by any department.
• Maintains the coding system of the stores to the group for easy identification of store items and its updating in the SAP system.
• Determines monthly consumption rates of all items.
• Maintains coordination with the accounting department in terms of prices of medical
• Disposable items, likewise, when there are changes in the cost.
• Revise all requests initiated by stores.
• Registers all items received in the receiving reports.
• Conducts regular training of the store staff as to the usage of the store items.
• Maintains the safeguard of the store personnel in following the hospital procedures and directives

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration plus 7 years in a relevant position.

Job Summary:

The Resident Physician should follow up of his/her specialty as regards inpatients, OPD (outpatient clinic), ER (Emergency room) patients & OR (Operation room) cases 24/7.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, or provide continuous care to hospital inpatients.
• Prescribe medications or treatment regimens to hospital inpatients.
• Admit patients for hospital stays.
• Conduct discharge planning and discharge patients in cooperation
• With the senior registrar and after approval of the relevant consultant.
• Order or interpret the results of tests such as laboratory tests and radiographs (x-rays).
• Communicate with patients’ consultant physicians upon admission, when treatment plans change, or at discharge to maintain continuity and quality of care.
• Conducts regular ward rounds to formulate a Patient Care plan.
• Abides by Departmental Policies and Procedures, as well as hospital by-laws, Rules, and Regulations.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on his/her patients within the range of the specialty.

Qualification:

Master 1st is a plus, 2 years professional experience.
